Our dear JaNehNeh finally blogged about the 10 things he missed about NUSSU CBLC after some bugging.

After reading Gerard's entry, I also xin yang yang. SO, here goes my version, in no particular order:-

I miss:

1) The friends in NUSSU CBLC and my Chemistry cohort
Randall, Gary, Weishi, Yuqi (cannot forget the matchmaker!), Dexter, Jade, Ange, Mel, Gerard, Pooh, Tiko and certain individuals I choose not to name & let the past stay buried. You guys really make a difference in my NUS days. Among all the friends, you are the ones who cared enough to listen when I'm in need. Thanks for your love =)
As for the Unmentionables, encounters with you have taught me the importance of being more discerning of people around me. Nevertheless, thank you too.

2) Union Camp 2003 & 2004
It's the start of my journey with CBLC. If I hadn't joined as a counsellor, I won't have bumped into Ange. If I hadn't bumped into Ange, I won't have gotten recruited into CBLC along with the other freshies like JaNehNeh & Daniel. If I hadn’t bump into Daniel, I won’t have gotten invited to CHC & so on. Again, it wasn't really the programs per se, but the people whom I've gotten to know through them =)

3) Post Union Camp Activities
Still remember the almost-daily meetups with Phoenix in the hols @ Weian’s house, playing captain’s ball in the pool until late & ordering Canadian pizzas. I think that’s when the real fun happens – after Union Camp haha!

4) Mugging in the Science library 4th level from 10-9 every exam period.
If you want to mug, surround yourself with muggers. Thankfully, it worked for my CAP =)
Additional perks were getting to know the bunch of Chemistry frens with whom I foresee keeping for life (see previous entry) and getting to know someone special =p Now you know why I choose Chemistry as my major, Ma. *wink

5) Duty @ CBLC YIH
That place is practically my 2nd home – with a personal pigeonhole for toiletries, sleeping bag, slippers, textbooks, snacks (of course I’m not sleeping on duty sheesh) & I totally miss watching Naruto & Friends lah! Don’t think the other students miss my loud guffaws thou -_-'''

Can only think of 5 for now =P Anyway, have a blessed 2008 everyone!
