As usual, I went online tonite to check out PostSecret.

There's something therapeutic about knowing that somewhere out there, people are connected by similar, if not identical, secrets. If love can be transmitted through these pieces of art, it's no wonder PostSecret is saving lives from suicide or depression. Kudos to Frank for this project.

If anything, this website never fails to remind me to count my blessings all over again & to cough out what little courage I have to (verbally) share my life with the loved ones around me.

Ironically, for someone who is seemingly articulate, I really don't talk ~~much~~ enough. Testinomies of God's goodness are always too short & brief during cgm (the stammer everytime I pray for my cg is so not helping). And if there's such a thing as over-summarizing an event, I think I actually did it. I could have rattled on & on... but I don't wanna be selfish. Besides, others seem to have a more impt msg to share, a more interesting story to tell. I'll be ok just keeping to this trusty lil blog... or will I?

I hardly blog about a sermon msg, if ever. But this one hits so close to home, I just gotta put it up. You'll know why in a while:

How to Attract True Friends

1) Serve one another
2) Be generous & giving
3) Esteem others better than ourselves
4) Be interested in other people
5) Encourage others
6) Appreciate others
7) Smile all the time
8) Love your neighbour as yourself
9) Be edifying

Helpful little checklist there =) (8) is proving to be easier said than done.

DAY 2

Rained like mad the whole friggin' day No kidding.

Fat Momma's nose, boobs & tummy were cloud-covered for the better half of the day.

That I'm glad to see the end of =P

PHUKET TRIP (19th-21st May 2006)

After all the discussions, emails & meet-ups, the day's finally here! My very first trip to Thailand! Even thou I caught a cold on Thursday nite, the enthusiasm made it near impossible for me to sleep... 2 hours later, I woke up @ 4am (BEFORE the alarm went off) to shower & change & I was finally off in a cab =)

Check in @ 5.30am, take off @ 7.30am

We had breakfast @ BK before finally making our way to the departure gate...
