Had Sakae last Friday, a treat frm GW. To celebrate my clinching a job, he said.

The meal's great *literally* & oh so satisfying but I still feel bad abt letting him pick the tab.
Never mind dear, my turn when I get my pay =)


The HighLight for me was Fried Tofu =) We had like 3 servings man... sheesh... GW was the one craving for the raw fish above.


Introducing Naruto... The little boy seated beside me immediately exclaimed that it was "Very hot! Must blow!" & proceeded to fan my Chawamushi with a pamphlet. Cute =)


We I got carried away & took waaay too many plates, excited to try all the different dishes =p

The extent of our my greed was amplified by the remnants of the dinner the family of 3 seated next to us had... We actually ate MORE than them. Gosh.



Went to Furry Friends petshop & I was more enchanted by this sweetie than the rabbits. She so nicely offered me some fresh green hay but I politely declined & almost replied "It's ok, you eat". Quickly & quietly took a snapshot of her but she squinted -_- Cute.

Oh today's my first day at work. Let's just say there're alot of pdt knowledge to be stored @ my fingertips. I heard on the grapevine how 2 ppl have quitted after staying for like 6 mths. During introduction, all I remembered were not their names, but how hard they shook hands.
One woman loosened my stiff shoulder. Thank you, whoever u are.

I mentioned how SPH: Life! has a seating plan to the receptionist when I bumped into her on the bus. She kindly asked if I'd like to have one. How sweet of her =)

Shyness is a barrier. It prevents me from smiling & I've been told that when I do decide to flash my pearly-whites, ppl find me warmer & friendlier. & they actually smile back.

I tested that with my I've-got-the-Monday-blues boss today. Maybe I'll remind her of Friday. Wadya know, it actually worked. Amazing.

Seems like everyone else have faith in me that I'll do well.
Even GW reminded me abt last Sat's sermon regarding going after the dreams God placed in my life. & since I practically killed the 2nd interview, it's totally God's doing that I clinched it.

I guess I can only say "It's God's plan for me to do this". & I'm gonna do Him proud.
