Went for cgm that day @ Potong Pasir. Played a word-puzzle game:

Some were in a jam, especially since the names of the books were not capitalized, but the truth finally struck home to numbers of readers. To others, it was a real job. Had our annual family chalet on the 17th-20th June @ the ultra-ulu National Service Resort & Country Club.
Sadly, I had to reach there late on Friday midnite, leave early in Saturday evening & rush down on Sunday afternoon after giving tuition. It's no wonder the adults were a tad miffed that their daughter/niece/granddaughter cant take a day off from her activities when they sacrificed a 4day leave for the lot of us. My bad =p Enough talk. Here're the photos to document the activities...  3 beautiful pwincesses: Brenda, Stephanie & Sara =) (Author's Note: I accidentally dunked Stephie b4 she had time to take a deep breath. Poor girl almost cried. *oops*)  Interesting Fact No. 1 About My Family: Everyone will gang up against SanJiu *yes, he's the arrogant-looking one in the right* in water-fights... of which, we'll all lose. Dun ask me why close to 6 grown ppl cant take down one middle-age-guy... Mayb the answer lies in the powerful (& blerdy painful) water jets he propel. 1 word: XIAM! (Author's Note: Thou this year, they managed to pin his arms down & attack... then again, it's not really attack if he said it's just like a jacuzzi rite? Diaoz~!~!) Interesting Fact No. 2 About My Family... isnt that interesting after all...: Everyone else avoids us in the pool. Well, as the rest are beating one another senseless in the deep pool, Aunt Michelle went sea-shell picking with my mum & grandparents. The entire stretch of sand was littered with little pink seashells that the laydees found irresistible. Apparently, Grandpa scooped the whole lot of gravel + shells & dump them in the shade for the 3 women to pick hahaha!  The loot, courtesy of Mother Nature... Just check out the quantity to be shared between  A closer look: Mother Nature may be our fallen sister but she sure does make some pretty shells, eh? (Author's Note: Save for the few that look like *cough* pink-tipped ribbed dildos, the rest are pretty decent looking. & no, I'm definitely not taking a photo of them & posting here.)  Introducing the woman who made it possible: My Er Jiu Mu aka Aunt Michelle-Picks-SeaShells-At-The-SeaShore... (Author's Note: I wonder if I'll be as zealous as her in collecting stuff for my future daughter's arts & craft project...)  ...... & her rapping husband who failed miserably to be a percussionist, succeeding instead in irritating the hell out of his siblings bwahahaha  Interesting Fact No. 3 About My Family: The KTV gang: EVERY gathering will have the KTV set on... Dun ask me why. Kan lai lian chalet ye bu fang guo.... (from left: Daddy, XiaoYi, ErJiu, Mummy, SanJiu. Lying unconscious on the couch is my brother aka the defective water-warrior bwahahah!)  The Original XiaoBuDian with 2 whistling sparklers OOOOO!!!! Go catch Batman Begins!!! It's darn good!!! (Author's Note: I'm still tickled by how that droolsome Christian Bale said "WO BU SHI FAN REN!".... BWAHAHAHAH!!!) (Author's Note Again: I'll show the mobile charm another day muahaha! Working in Life has its perks!) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  For those who wanna check out customised skins for your gadgets, U can get one at this place for $29.90. It's already my 10th day @ ST Life! as temp admin
Really must thank the Lord for this financial blessing man... Jade called saying they need someone urgently in the editorial department & in less than 12 hours, I start work liao. 1st day only & I've been given training for Coyote_3 & Lotus... I can see the urgency liao. Currently, I'm happily keeping my calves *I'm wearing heels everyday duh* toned everyday. And why they cant just settle with 2 printers side by side, together with the fax machine & the stationary cabinet, is lost on me. I guess it's their perverse pleasure to make ppl stomp on the horrid carpeting *I feel like a blerdy fat rhino everytime I had to walk past this gorgeously yummylicious intern with the creaky spot beside his desk* Then again, I'll always look busy to Sumiko & her secretary, PatHee,... So I guess it's good? =P As of date, I'm in-charge of
...... & something tells me there's more work on the way... BRING IT ON!!! 10 days & counting... Only God knows if I'm extending my contract after the 15th of July. Thou shalt end off with a pic of my dearest sisters in Christ =) OOOOO!!! I checked out this website on babynames on yahoo *Thanks to XiaoBuDian for suggesting!!!*& came up w a list of my favourites... GONNA GET BAPTIZED SOON!!!!! Hallelujah!!!

Went to IKEA that day... They've got some pretty new & neat stuff there!
Which makes me all the more eager to get my own apartment one day. In fact, I'm envisioning a small 3 or 4-room flat where I can fit all my precious barang & have as many wall fixtures as structurally possible so I dun have to worry abt the floor *Mum popped in her head some time during the entry of this blog to tsk-tsk @ my room floor... in disgust, no less* In some place where the cooling breeze dun get obstructed, some time in the near/far future... with perhaps someone who can help make the house a home with me hahaha... *No, I'm not referring to the bhangla construction worker, u dimwit.* (Author's thoughts: speaking of the devil, a nasty image of EugeneTing flashed across my mind... hey, he DOES look like a bhangla wat!!!) OOOhhh... Then everything will be dark-wood furniture & I'll have pale walls & wood-panels for flooring. & I'll have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven *somehow, the idea of baking someone something using his/her kitchen doesn't sound right* Of course, I'll grab stuff from said Swedish store & throw them around so they'll end up:  here...  there...  and  everywhere... *broad grin to self =)* Tired from all that fantasizing... Or mayb it's just early Saturday morning. whatever. Later! |
