Hikaru & I were from the same JC but it wasnt until we entered university that we got closer to each other. Somehow, our wavelengths were in-phase & this led to constructively- interferenced conversations. Mayb that's why our laughter is always so LOUD hahaha! (Translation: we're not speaking Greek to each other.) The cool bit, was that we were each other's confidant abt one particular topic, making our friendship all the more cherishable.
She left after a while thou & since then, it's always been that fleeting hi-bye thingy online *then, lab reports = time-consuming bitches* or a brief 5 min chat... online where else. Most of the time, we read about what's up in each other's lives on our blogs. Once, to celebrate the arising of the blue moon, we met up for some therapeutic, giggly but serious girl-talk. It's been a looong time since I last met up with Hikaru. Even then, that occasion ended on an unpleasant note due to her now-ex-bf *& may I comment again... WHAT A BASTARD!!! Worse than a llama!!!* One entry about the said-bastard almost made me cry with anger at the ultimate lack of sense of responsibility he possesses. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this on her blog not too long ago:  Right, I know one shdnt jump to conclusions but HEY!!!!! ULTRASOUND SCAN LEH! WHAT ELSE COULD U HAVE AN ULTRASOUND SCAN FOR?!?!?, I reasoned to myself. Anyway, dropped a comment on her blog abt my "logical guess" & crossed my fingers that her reply will confirm it. Bingo. I didnt take PH2110 LOGIC for nothing after all. ok it's got TOTALLY nothing to do with taking that darn module. I mean, "Some frogs are green" is not the same as saying "Some frogs are not green"... kns... & yes, I passed it, fyi. I can still vaguely remember how she went all misty-eyed talking about babies & I can just imagine that glow on her face everyday now. Congratulations, my dear girl =) U're going to be a lovely & loving mum one day. May God watch over you and your family & may your baby be healthy, strong & free of every & any complications. Guess who I got a
I noe I'm a cheapo but I still feel stupid & cheated of my moolah *those BigO coupons didnt come without a pricetag* So, to change the status to make me tan dio from buying them, I have to patronize the place... Thank God, the food over there's actually nice. Saw this whole wall covered with a collage of animal photos. Didnt notice it the other time cos my back's to it. Here're some of my picks *which is loosely translated to nicest pics among them*:  Not exactly Clark Kent but I'll SETTLE FOR THIS CUTIE ANYDAY!!!  & this one's taken for Mei & all husky lovers =)  lastly, my favourite one =) I cant take my eyes off this one here, so much so that the woman sitting below it is looking over at our table & smoothing her hair every now and then... Paranoid. Martin absolutely refused to take the shots @ a closer range for me so I had to resort to optical zoom & look like a very bold voyeur with a sick animal fetish . & here I was hoping to pass off as an 18 year old with a hairclip that made her look like herself during the netball days. Ok ok I noe; Long time no update. Have been feeling spiritually crappy for the past few days. But that's been rectified, all thanks to Mei, Gershon, Eva & the almighty Lord =)
Here're the pics I took Venue: BigO @ Wheelock Place Mission: use the darn coupons I bought a month ago + sample the mudpies *slurp!*  WOOHOO! A satisfying set meal (main course + soup + beverage) complete w 1 gloriously FREE dessert each... HEEHEE =) Verdict: see below expression.  2 extremely bloated but happy piggies teehee *burp* Venue: some chinese restaurant @ Excelsior Hotel Mission: feast on some good'ol Chinese ala carte  The AMKSS crowd Hanxiong, Chiko, Sharon, Chee Hong, me & Albert =) JunJie was mountain-climbing so couldn't join us =( The guys + Kelvin, Sharon's ancient boyfren muahahaha!  & of course, the babes =P  Verdict: It's nice to FINALLY meet up w the gang again... Remembering the days whereby we suan-ed one another to death, gossiped about the chioest/ugliest/most handsome/disgusting ppl in sch, bitched about that bitch who punished us for not doing her homework while she let Serene Woon get off scott-free (bitch or what man, u tell me *grumble*) As I recalled, not a day went by in 4/4 where the 6 of us didn't hope that she'll get her foot stuck in the toilet bowl & didn't come to class...... I noe I noe, not edifying at all but hey, that was the past =P Mrs Thiruman, Mrs Rama, Mr Voo, ChenLaoDa, Ms We even went as far as to name all 40 of us in order of their respective seating arrangement in the "graveyard". (fyi, my class was one which ALL the teachers bitched about how quiet we were & how we should be more interactive blah blah blah...) Oh, then came the scandals *rub hands in glee* Well, there're old news & then some: JellyBean got a kid out of wedlock, Wally got busted for drug trafficking & is still sitting his ass out doing time, Mortisha was tried in court for rape & is also sitting his sore ass *I hoped they caned him, that $#%#$&$!!!* in jail & probably more scandalous stories uncovered...... & let's hope they stay that way, shall we? &, of course, all characters have their names changed to protect their identity...  My name is Rachael Wong Lin I am 5 years old.  This is my older brother. His name is Russell Wong Wei Yao. We just came back from swimming. Mummy is bored so she takes some snapshots. Right. Before I went on to blog abt today, lemme give a shout-out to all Mommaz ard the globe.
*HAPPY LAO-BU DAY!!!* Took a pic of the massive KangLaiXin at DB Interchange this morning *yesh, we went early in da morning k... I'm sooo not a morning person...*  Passed Mummy her brooch with a kiss *it's practically tradition every Mother's Day & Birthday* yest morning & she blew one back at moi -_-"' Glad she likes it thou. Part II will be coming next week. Can see she's anticipating it but ney-ney dun wan to show onli bwahahaha... women... OK! On to TODAY muahahaha.... Met up w my 2 dear sistaz for some serious tanning heehee... . . . . . & the 1st thing I did when I touched down @ the beach was to whip out my FinePix to document the following...  CHECK OUT DA WEATHER, YOOO! Heehee... Thank God it's not raining =) & the weather's perfect! Yay!!! Next agenda: Take photo w the SILOSO logo like typical Singaporeans.  J on a Lo = J-Lo Hahaha...  S is for Spunky... Too bad there's no C for chilli padi haha...  & I'm LOSO!!! bwaHAHAHAH~! *not literally of course* We were strolling to Palawan when we realized it's under construction -_-''' To make matters worse, we had to gos-tan to starting point since (a) we're real hungry & (b) we HAD to go back anyway pui... Along the way:  Decided to drop our Destiny's Child identity to morph into lil clones of Jasmine Trias using fallen flowers off the ground.... Introducing Jasmine TRIO!!! Woohoo!!! Along the way still: *it's a long walk, bear with me yah*  Seriously speaking now... Y in the world would By the time we've settled down w our barang, it was abt 10am already. *eh! GUESS WHERE I'M GOING TML...
 AHA! Cannot guess rite. Heh heh... in the chor-luan mood now. Hope we have wonderful weather like this.  Alas, the illusion of white fine sand between our pedicured toes is lost on Sentosa... & forget abt the clear blue water. We'll be lucky if we get clear blue sky at all... Hope the sky runs outta rain by tml morning *excuse my But first, gotta PACK UP MY ROOM... I still cant find my yummylicious BananaBoat Suntanicals sunscreen lotion. The aloe vera + chamomile + lavender scent is to die for. Therapy by the beach doesnt get any better than this =) Things to do b4 I sleep: Pack in clothes, toiletries+Clinique3StepSystem, waterbottle, sunscreen, shades, book, towels, hairclip, CAMERA *crucial* muahahaha, Set aside bikini of choice teehee... Between laughing my head off & shaking it at this imbecile's rantings about the poor quality of NUS Science faculty people, I was thinking: Either 1) He is desperately seeking attention from everyone & anyone. Or 2) He's just a sad sod looking for love before looking at his flaws & blaming his surroundings for his singular status *singular cos I think he's too obnoxious to be attached... unless it's some airhead bimbo who dun noe better. Poor girl.* Despite my disrespect for superficial people like Brose, I can't help but wonder sometimes... what's the big deal about looks anyway? It's all just skin, aint it? Fugly Singaporeans. Now that the exams are really over & I've finished the last lap of tertiary studies *man, wont it be a cruel joke if relative marking actually made me retain one sem? That'll really be the cherry on top of the cake man...*, this lady's gotta start getting her act together & start on that resume *yesh, wipe off that look of horror off your face. I've yet to get started.* I mean... I've still got another 101 things to do. List A: 1) Scout ard for jobs *hmmm shd I go for part-time or full-time perm?* 2) Clean up my room *which also means, clearing out & restocking my wardrobe woohoo!* 3) Catch up on ALL the Bible reading I've been neglecting *bad girl, I noe* 4) Learn driving I'm seriously speaking, freaked out by this... 5) Get a rich hubby *no, I'm kidding... yesh I really am.* 6) Start maintaining a 7) Have a long-term plan for the future On other stuff that makes me thankful for being alive... List B: 8) Dinner dates *w grt company, no less* 9) Jazz Bars 10) R&B & Mambo Nite... the former for the music, the latter for the crowd heehee 11) Movies movies movies 12) Learning the guitar 13) Pool sessions... both dry & wet haha 14) Bowling! 15) SENTOSA!!! woohoo! Well, I would have been more enthusiastic abt the last paper I'll ever have to do in my entire NUS life... okok I admit... pure bliss & sheer joy bubbled outta me like...erm... bubbles in the
